With our wealth of experience and as part of our service, we can offer advice on various aspects of your function to maximize the enjoyment . Did you know for instance:

1. In my experience, it is better to over invite for your function. With weddings this applies only really to the evening reception. If you look at an average attendance of 80% for a wedding and between 60% and 70% for a birthday or engagement party.

2. Always bear the above in mind when booking a venue, a full compact venue makes for a much better atmosphere than a half empty village hall.

3. Consider the hours of the venue, some finish at 11.00 pm whilst others (with prior notice) can go through to 01.00 am or later. I you wish to finish later it is better to hold them at home if you have the space.

4. Don’t forget to enjoy yourself, it may seem silly but so many people are so concerned that everybody is enjoying themselves that they forget about themselves. Let your hair down, after all those months of planning you deserve it!!
