London 18th Party

London 18th Party, 150 guests and a great night. I played a mixture of remixes of current tunes, plus some classics to keep the dancefloor going right from the start. My new JBL sub woofer which goes down to 30hz really helped with this kind of event. This what was said afterwards: Hi Paul I just wanted to say thank you for providing such a great service on Saturday 31st March for Daisy's 18th Birthday party.  Daisy and her friends had

Indie dance night at Groucho Club - Soho London The Groucho Club remains a bastion and refuge for arts, literature and media folk in the bohemian heart of London’s West End. This was such a great night in one of Soho's most cosmopolitan clubs. In the crowd was Andrew Ridgley from Wham and Rusty Egan from the Visage. Also present was Chris Sullivan of the Wag club who rather kindly said its great to hear a good DJ as most

An Audience with Rusty Egan

Over the past few years, I have been lucky enough to work alongside Rusty Egan a major influence in 80's music and the club scene back then. He is still producing some amazing music and DJing. Working alongside him at some great events such as Freddy Rocks at Pikes in Ibiza and also alongside Rusty and  Steve Norman from Spandau Ballet playing the sax at a charity gig in Mayfair- London. If you are looking for a DJ who

London Xmas Party – Aviary Roof Top

With over 250 people all ready for  a festive party this turned into a really enjoyable corporate event.   With it being Christmas, I played a

Blondie in London

I was lucky enough to get invited to the Blondie concert at the O2 in Brixton. Not only that I was given backstage passes by the bands drummer Clem Burke, who I am pictured with below: From the when 80's star Debbie Harry and the band launched into their set with the new wave classic ‘One Way or Another’ from 1978’s Parallel Lines, the crowd at the sold out Brixton Academy were whipped into a jubilant fever, something the band

Evolution – Battersea Park, London

Stoke Newington – 50th Birthday

Stoke Newington - I played in a great party venue a few weeks back called the Old Church in Stoke Newington, London. The occasion was a 50th birthday and the requested music was 80's and more of the New Romantic style from that time frame. The building lent itself to uplighting as this really brought out its features. I also showed images from 1967 news reals as this was the date that the birthday couple had been born in.
